The conference registration fee includes all sessions, the opening reception, breakfasts, lunches, health breaks and the Wednesday banquet. There is no additional cost to participate in the pre-conference workshops, but you must confirm your participation in advance on your registration form.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Please email your cancellation to conference@fnhpa.ca. Cancellations will be accepted until September 30, 2022 for a full refund. A $300 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations received between October 1 and 7, 2022. There is no refund for cancellations received after October 7, 2022 and no refund for no-shows at the conference. Substitutions are accepted at any time.
